Fashionizer has the resources to produce a large variety of costumes from traditional period styles to contemporary and futuristic outfits.

Two full time pattern cutters and a fully computerised pattern cutting system ensures accurate pattern cutting that is four times faster than manual. With an extensive fabric library, we can source all fabrics, trims and buttons directly from mills and wholesalers. Fashionizer also dyes and weaves fabrics to order depending on the lead-time available. Finally, our network of 10 manufacturing units means the production of any type of garment can be achieved within a set deadline and budget.

FILM: James Bond - Die Another Day
AGENCY: Eon Productions

Eon Productions approached Fashionizer, via a word of mouth recommendation, to produce costumes for the opening sequence of ‘Die Another Day’.

Over 200 garments were required to replicate the costume designer’s version of ‘North Korean’ army uniforms that were unavailable elsewhere, for obvious reasons. The fabric was initially printed by the production company and, then made up so that the uniforms could be dyed and broken down to look authentic. Fashionizer was asked to produce costumes for other scenes including hotel costumes for the 'Hong Kong Yacht Club' scene and a selection of outfits for the big ‘Ice Palace’ scene.

Other credits include making period shirts for Jackie Chan, Owen Wilson and other cast members on ‘Shanghai Knights’, to a very short timescale. More recent work has included maids’ outfits for the BBC series ‘Hotel Babylon’ and uniforms for an episode of the detective series ‘Vincent’.
